Provisional means the underlying cost is still being measured and the rate can move. We would rather say so than publish a number we are quietly unsure of. When a measured cost lands, the rate is re-derived from it and this page changes with it.
Not yet available means the rate is published before the action ships. You cannot run one yet, nothing draws it from your coverage, and this is the rate it will launch at. We publish these early so you can see where the product is going and what it will cost, rather than finding out on the invoice.

Included coverage is used first and rolls over up to two months of allowance on Scale, one month on Starter. Purchased credit never expires. Work pauses when neither the relevant allowance nor prepaid credit can cover it. No automatic top-ups. All prices AUD, excluding applicable GST.
