THREE PERSPECTIVES. A CLEARER DECISION.

Know which story
needs your attention.

Your positioning, your audience’s perceptions and AI’s descriptions can differ. Seeing the evidence together helps your team choose what to investigate.

THE FOUNDING PILOT

Start with one
important brand question.

We’re inviting interest from brands and agencies to help shape the first combined research studies.

01

Scope the question

Agree your category, market, audience and competitors. Confirm feasibility and research costs.

02

Establish the baseline

Run a human study and AI research around the agreed brand themes, with their methods kept visible.

03

Choose the next step

Review a combined brief, prioritise a supported action and agree how to measure change.

A few things to know.

Can I use Brand Intelligence today?+

Brand Intelligence is in development. You can register interest in a founding pilot now. Study scope, availability, timing and pricing will be agreed before any research starts.

Where will the human research come from?+

We plan to run Outercite-designed studies with real respondents recruited through independent panel providers, with qualified research support. Outercite will own the study experience, measurement framework and reporting.

Do I need another brand tracker?+

No. The planned pilot includes a new human research baseline alongside AI research. Existing research may provide historical context, but another tracker subscription will not be required.

Will human and AI results become one score?+

No. Survey responses and AI answers measure different things. Each will retain its own question, audience, date range and measurement base, with comparisons explained in context.
