Added

• DeepSeek is now a tracked AI engine. Citation checks now run across six engines: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI, Grok, and DeepSeek. Per-engine citation rates are visible on the dashboard.
• Predictions panel: a new forecast section on the dashboard shows projected citation rate and visibility score trends for the next 30 days based on recent activity.

Changed

• Verification pipeline cross-verification model upgraded. Consensus accuracy improved, with false positives reduced further.

Fixed

• Surge alerts occasionally fired twice for the same event when a workspace had more than 50 prompts. This is now resolved.
• Engine filter on the citations export was not applying correctly for Google AI. Fixed.

Added

• Portfolio health view for agency accounts. The agency overview now groups client workspaces into three buckets: Needs Attention, Monitoring, and On Track, based on the last two weeks of citation activity.
• Agency-level surge alerts: agency admins can now receive a single digest alert covering all client workspaces, rather than one notification per workspace.

Changed

• Visibility score calculation updated to weight average position more heavily when citation rate is above 50%. Existing scores may shift as a result.

Fixed

• The competitors table was sorting by name instead of threat score on first load. Now defaults to threat score descending.
• White-label report PDFs were clipping the agency logo on certain page sizes. Fixed.

Added

• Wholesale pricing dashboard for parent org accounts. Agency admins can now view per-client cost, set margin, and download invoices from a single screen.
• Lost citations metric added to prompt-level detail pages. Shows how many previous citation windows included a citation that is now absent.

Changed

• Intent classification categories updated. Existing prompts have been retroactively reclassified where applicable.

Fixed

• In some timezones, the "This week" citation count on the dashboard was off by one day. Now correctly anchors to Monday 00:00 in the workspace timezone.

Added

• Share of voice chart on the competitors page. Shows your business versus each tracked competitor as a proportion of total citations across shared prompts.
• Competitor threat level badges (Low, Medium, High) now appear inline in the competitors table.

Changed

• Prompt creation flow redesigned. You can now add multiple prompts in a single step and assign intent labels manually if you prefer to override the classifier.

Fixed

• API key rotation was not immediately invalidating the previous key in some edge cases. This is now resolved.
