Status levels

StatusMeaning
OperationalThe service is running normally. All checks, verifications, and alerts are processing as expected.
Degraded PerformanceThe service is running but slower than normal. Citation checks may take longer to process. No data is lost.
Partial OutageOne or more components are unavailable. For example, checks to a specific engine may be paused while others continue.
Major OutageA significant portion of the platform is unavailable. Verification checks are not running. You will receive an email notification.
MaintenancePlanned downtime. Announced at least 24 hours in advance via email and the status page.
During a partial outage affecting one AI engine, checks to other engines continue normally. Your citation rate for the affected engine will show a gap in the timeline chart while the outage lasts.

Components tracked on the status page

The status page breaks uptime down by component so you can see exactly what is affected:

  • Verification pipeline: the dual-model citation checking system (intent classification, deep analysis, cross-verification).
  • AI engine connectivity: the live connection to each of the six engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI, Grok, DeepSeek).
  • Dashboard and API: the web application and API v1 endpoints.
  • Alerts and notifications: email and in-app surge alerts.
  • Report generation: PDF and CSV export processing.

How incidents are communicated

  1. Status page: updated first, typically within minutes of detection.
  2. Email notification: sent to the account owner for any Partial Outage, Major Outage, or Maintenance event.
  3. In-app banner: shown on the dashboard during active incidents.

Resolved incidents remain on the status page history for a rolling period.

Surge alerts and citation notifications may be delayed or suppressed during a Degraded Performance or Partial Outage event. Check the status page if you notice an unexpected gap in your alert history.
